Privacy policy
Short version: this site collects as little as possible; browser extensions keep data on your device; the Confluence app stores nothing.

Who is responsible
DigiVibeTech (eenmanszaak), Van Spilbergenstraat 29B, 3814 VL Amersfoort, the Netherlands, KvK 98384848, is the controller for personal data processed through this website and through e-mail correspondence. E-mail: contact@digivibetech.com.
This website
What is collected
- No cookies, no local storage, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party fonts or scripts. The site is plain static HTML and CSS, so no consent banner is needed.
- Technical request data: the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you load a page, Cloudflare necessarily processes your IP address, browser user agent and the requested URL to deliver the page and protect against abuse. DigiVibeTech does not run its own server logs for this site and has not enabled Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Legal basis
Delivering and securing the website is based on legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
E-mail and support requests
If you e-mail contact@digivibetech.com, I receive your e-mail address, name (if included) and whatever you write or attach. I use this only to answer you and handle your request. Legal basis: steps at your request prior to or under a contract (art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest in responding to business contacts (art. 6(1)(f)).
Correspondence is kept for 24 months after the last contact, unless it becomes part of the administration of an engagement or purchase, which Dutch fiscal law requires to be kept for 7 years.
Confluence app: Markdown Export & llms.txt for Confluence
The app is built on Atlassian Forge and runs entirely on Atlassian's infrastructure.
- Data stored: none. The app uses no Forge storage and no database. DigiVibeTech does not store, log or receive any of your Confluence content.
- Egress: none. The app makes no outbound network calls to DigiVibeTech or any third party.
- Scopes (read-only):
read:page:confluence, read:space:confluence, read:attachment:confluence, needed to read page bodies, space metadata and attachments for export. - How it works: when you start an export, the app's Forge function reads the requested content on your behalf, converts it to Markdown (and, if requested, a zip or llms.txt file) and returns the result to your browser for download or copying. Nothing is kept after the request completes.
- Permissions: all requests run as the signed-in user, so you can only export what you can already view in Confluence.
- Personal data: exported files contain page metadata (title, page id, space key, version, last-updated time and source URL) but not author names or account ids. No end-user data is processed outside Atlassian.
- Licensing: the app reads the license status that Atlassian provides to decide whether paid features are available. This is not stored.
Atlassian processes your Confluence data under its own terms and privacy policy. For the app's processing, DigiVibeTech does not receive or store your Confluence content.
If you contact support about the app, the e-mail section above applies to that correspondence.
Browser extensions: TidyMD, Jaywalk and SessionKeep
These Chrome / Edge / Firefox extensions are DigiVibeTech products. They run entirely in your browser.
- TidyMD — Markdown tidy-up and export helpers in the browser.
- Jaywalk — free JSON viewer / formatter.
- SessionKeep — free session / tab manager.
- Data to DigiVibeTech servers: none. The extensions do not phone home, upload your documents, or send telemetry to DigiVibeTech.
- Local only: any saved settings or session data stay in your browser storage (or nowhere beyond what you choose to keep). You can clear them with the browser's own site/extension data controls.
- No analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party ad scripts in the extensions.
- Permissions: only what each store listing declares for on-device features (e.g. active tab content for formatting). DigiVibeTech does not receive that content.
If you e-mail support about an extension, the e-mail section above applies.
Service providers
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and content delivery.
- Google (Google Workspace): business e-mail for contact@digivibetech.com.
- Atlassian: hosts and runs the Confluence app (Forge).
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Personal data is never sold.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or a copy of it; restrict or object to processing; and lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). E-mail contact@digivibetech.com; you will receive a reply within one month.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the website, browser extensions or the Confluence app change. The current version is always published on this page.
